We use an external provider to run our store, BigCommerce. Payment
Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (PCI-DSS is a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information) but we want to use accredited companies to process your credit card information. We use third-party as online money transfer systems PayPal and Braintree (credit card payments). To review their privacy and security policies click on their name.
How can you control your personal data?
If you are one of our customers who is in the EU, and we are specifically selling our products to the Member State where you are located, you have specific rights that we are honoured to enforce without undue delay: Access, Correct, Erasure, Port, Object. How long do we keep your data?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
www.shoptransmitter.com does not accept any order returns.
Returned will be issued only for items that are under warranty.
It is customer responsibility to return failed items for examination back to www.shoptransmitter.com We do not take any responsibility for the lost items during the transportation. For warranty items refund will be transferred back to customer during 2 weeks for the delivery date. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of return of product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. SHIPPING
We will ship items if it is on stock within 48 hours. It is necessary to specify correct recipient address and all necessary details. If customer makes a mistake in address or other specified information www.shoptransmitter.com do not take any responsibilities.
