Product's availability is stated on the product page. For more specific information on product's availability on a given time, you may contact us. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped in 48 hours. Only the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.
Delivery time and price
Shipping expenses are calculated automatically at Checkout, at which point the customer has a right to choose from two different carrier brands offerings or cancel the purchasing. ShopTransmitter.com uses third-party platform - ShipperHQ - to automatically calculate freight costs for each order. The calculations take in account the delivery address, as well as the weight and dimensions of the products ordered.
The shipping may also be organised by the client (Ex works), in which case, the client may contact us on support@shoptransmitter.com and inform our support team.
Returns Policy
As Shoptransmitter.com products are often customized and manufactured by demand, Shoptransmitter.com keeps the right to not accept order returns. The client is responsible for correct specifications of the product while ordering. You may return the goods and reclaim your money if the wrong product was sent to you, or if the product is damaged.
Returns may be issued for items that are under warranty.
It is customers‘ responsibility to return failed items for examination back to www.shoptransmitter.com We do not take responsibility for the lost or damaged items during the transportation. For warranty items refund will be transferred back to customer 2 weeks after the delivery date. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of return of product, to the original purchaser’s credit card.
